Description
Our cosy new Chalet is ideally located in a quiet and delightful hameau which is part of the Saint Martin de Belleville village.
It is the gateway to the Three valleys, the biggest skiing area in the world with 600 km of slopes (see the map of the Three Valleys).
The Chalet is only five minutes drive from the slopes in the center of Saint Martin de Belleville.
The Chalet is located at the very end of the hameau and has a spectacular 270° view overlooking the mountains from every angle and every window.
The Chalet is composed of three separate apartments:
- the first apartment ("Chalet") is a 100 square meters (1076 sq ft) duplex. On ground floor, it offers a large living room with fireplace and an opened fully equipped kitchen (with brandnew upmarket household appliances from Miele). On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (bed is 160*200) and 2 children rooms (4 beds of 90*200). There is a cosy bathroom with large window, bathtub and toilets. Six persons can sleep in this apartment (ideally 2 adults and 4 children).
- the second apartment ("Petit Chalet 1") has a superficy of 40 square meters (430 sq ft). It offers a master bedroom (bed is 160*200), a cosy living room with fireplace, an equipped American style kitchen, one bathroom (with bathtube) and separated toilets. Four persons can sleep in this apartment (two in the bedroom and two in the very comfortable 140*200 sofa bed of the living room).
- the third apartment ("Petit Chalet 2") has a superficy of 60 square meters (645 sq ft). It has been entirely renovated with upmarket materials and appliances at the end of 2010. It has a warm and cosy atmosphere in an authentic "savoyard" mountain style. It offers a large living room with fireplace with American style kitchen. A master bedroom has been installed upstairs on the mezzanine (bed is 160*200). There is a sofa bed in the living room allowing one or two addtional persons to sleep. The large bathroom (with bathtub and toilets) offers a breathtaking mountain view.
With its three apartments, the Chalet can accommodate up to 12 people but the apartments can be rented separately (upon special request, please inquire).
The three apartments are entirely separated from each other.
Two of them have private terrace and the duplex has a large garden, with a "potager (vegetable garden) in spring and summer. Feel free to enjoy herbs, vegetables and fruits for cooking!
The chalet has been entirely renovated in Spring 2008 in an authentic "savoyard" style. It offers a charming mountain atmosphere with its floors, walls and ceilings in wood, a tasty and cosy decoration with no compromise on modern comfort with its brand new luxurious indoor furniture and upmarket amenities.

Booking & Pricing
Price includes : check-in and check-out with English mothertongue representative, assistance telephone number if you have any question and / or technical problem during your stay, entrance and departure cleaning fee). Please note that linens and towels are NOT INCLUDED but can be rent upon request (professional laundry).
Chalet : 2000 euros per week
Petit Chalet 1 : 750 euros per week
Petit Chalet 2 : 1200 euros per week
A 50% non-refundable advance payment is due upon confirmation to secure your booking.
The non-refundable 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Check and bank wire accepted.
A security deposit check of 1.000 euros per week is required upon booking. It will not be cashed and will be sent back within 7 days after departure if no damage has occurred.
Feel free to send a request for special prices in low season or more than 1 week rental.
Practical information
We advise our guests to book online their ski pass in advance (www.sevabel.com).
Saint Martin de Belleville tourism office : www.st-martin-belleville.com.
Regarding ski rental, we have an informal agreement with a shop, feel free to request us for more info. You will benefit from a reduced fee.
Closest train station: Moutiers
Taxi in Moutiers (20 mn drive from the Chalet) : call Laurent on +33.6.15.38.57.98 and indicate him you are guests from Chalet La Rochette, he knows the way.
By car: from Moutiers, take the road leading to "Saint Martin de Belleville". Before the village, turn on your left, direction "Saint Laurent de la Cote". Further on, you shall see the Chalet, it is the highest one on your right when you reach Hameau La Rochette.
